CANCELLATION
All classes require a deposit for holding your space in class. This policy is inclusive of all venues.
Student cancels class:

• Up to 2 weeks prior to class: 55% refund of deposit
• Up to 72 hours prior to class: 40% refund of deposit
• Less than 72 hours prior to class: No Refunds

Teacher cancels class:

• Should I be required to cancel a class at any point prior to the class date, students will have the option of rescheduling.
• If I must cancel class mid-way through due to illness or other emergency, I will provide a full refund of teaching fees, but students may be responsible for materials used.

Note: in the 6 years I have been teaching metal clay, I have never cancelled a class once it started. I mention this only in the interest of clear communication.
